I couldn’t help noticing that there is a lot of marching going on lately. Our neighbors, friends, (and in my case, sisters and niece) have become activists for causes that affect us all.

This might be a good time to ask these motivated people to march to their community schools and homeless shelters to help our children grow, prepare, and serve their own school lunches for themselves and for those less fortunate in their town. Just a thought.

This could be part of our solution building as to how people can eat healthy without having to stretch their budget.

I am some recipes for you to try that are inexpensive.

Penne pasta with fresh tomato basil sauce

Chow mein with udon noodles

Peanutty eggrolls
