For today’s episode, we may be “fixing” America’s problem with food addiction. Or maybe not.
But at the very least, we can try to be more self-aware of what we eat, how much we eat, and why we eat.
Do any of these self-help fixes really work to quiet down food cravings and overeating?
I don’t know. But it can’t hurt to try.
