Today we talkĀ about something called “the chip diet”. Chip stands for “complete health improvement project”. This diet has been proven with many studies to reduce blood sugar, blood cholesterol, blood pressure, and weight. What is there to lose?
I also pose the question “Can we get a community “chip diet project” going in every city and town in the United States? I can’t imagine anything that would be a better use of our taxpayer dollar.
