As the title implies, we define blue zones and discuss ways that we can create one for ourselves where we live. In other words, the “I’ll have what they’re having,” episode.
The phrase was first coined by a guy named Dan Buettner, wrote a book called “blue zones: lessons for living longer from the people who live the longest”.
