Spinach Salad with raspberries

 

1(10-ounce) package baby spinach or combo with Romaine lettuce

2 Tablespoons diced red onion

5 or 6 fresh button mushrooms, sliced

1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, rinsed and drained

½ cup chopped walnuts or slivered almonds

 

Dressing:

 

½ cup vegetable oil

juice of one lime

2 teaspoons sugar

¼ cup raspberries (either fresh or frozen)

¼ teaspoon salt

Blend above ingredients together with a hand blender.
